Yet again, I received prompt and excellent advice on which faucets would best fit our needs and an installation cost estimate. For every inquiry, North Central Plumbing recommended products of excellent quality at affordable prices. </p> <p>Mr. Hoag returned to our home to install the new toilets and kitchen and bathroom faucets. He arrived on time for the appointment, his worked efficiently, his work was well done,  he cleaned our disgusting drains - even though I didn't ask him to, his work areas were immaculate when the jobs were complete, and the cost of his work came in exactly the same as the estimates. </p> <p>Since I had such an extraordinary experience with North Central Plumbing, I decided to ask Todd about a problem that has plagued us for many years. I had a suspicion that there was a pipe leaking in the basement but the leak was not visible and there was no evidence of a leak. In the past, I had asked 3 different plumbers and 2 different handymen to see if they could find a leak. They all said there was no leak. Todd took my concern seriously and searched the pipes in the area I indicated. Using his experience and expertise, Todd found the very obscure leak and determined it had existed for many years! The leak was very hard to find, because it was on the side of a pipe facing the outside of the house. He determined a nail probably nicked the pipe during construction of the home, and the nick slowly grew over time. Todd cleaned out the wet insulation, replaced the section of pipe, cleaned the whole very hard-to-reach area, and set up a fan to dry it out. Because of Todd, the area is now dry, and there is no mold or other problems. </p> <p>We are absolutely thrilled with the work we've had done by North Central Plumbing. We will never call anyone else and look forward to their help finishing our 3rd bathroom!</p> <br />"
