"When they came to clean my carpet for me there were stains, and the first guy that came didn't say anything about it, just cleaned the carpet.  It looked great after he left but then all the stains resurfaced to the top again and when I called their customer service she was great about it.  She didn't anything about it, she just went ahead and scheduled her best guy to come.  When he came to clean it, he gave me an attitude about how well this is just called wicking and they should have told you that on the phone and there's nothing I can really do, and it's gonna turn out the same.  He was very rude and defensive about it. He re-did it and it didn't look any better, but I've done it with just my own carpet cleaner and it looked better than when they did it."

Ken responded to my inquiry right away and quickly got me on his schedule.</p> <p>Ken showed up on time as he said he would. He was very professional and courteous while he worked on my misc items. He quickly completed each task and cleaned up before moving on to the next one. This was very appreciated since I was getting my home ready to sell! </p> <p>While Ken was working I mentioned my tall window problem and Ken said he had a special ladder that he could used to clean them if I would like him to do so. Ken came back 1 day later to make sure the windows were cleaned before my house was on the market even though this was not on his schedule. The windows looked great.</p> <p>I found Ken to be a really personable guy that was very knowledgeable about home repair issues and I would recommend him to others and use his service again. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
