"It went flawlessly. The three guys arrived on time and made fast work of disassembling our granite slab front steps, by hand. They created a new reinforced base with crushed stone and reassembled the slabs to a new level surface. They patched two concrete retaining walls. Then the attacked the 37-year dirt build-up on our large concrete patio. They cut and filled a few large cracks and pressure washed the surface so that it now looks like a completely different patio. "We just bought a small second home in Billerica and furnished it from scratch.  This resulted in way more cardboard and other trash than we were warm and fuzzy about breaking down, cutting to the required size and tied bundle height specified for curbside pickup; we also had miscellaneous paint and other items added to the pile.  I found Steve on Angie's List and called him.  He was prompt and courteous in all communications, arrived on the day promised to give us an estimate and stuck to his word when he performed the work on the promised date.  This is important because we did advise that we still had several more boxes and items to add to what he was viewing for the estimate -- we were able to give him an approximate report of what else would be added and we didn't exceed what we told him, likewise he didn't add to his original estimate.  He is very careful in his work, is neat and quick and friendly.  We are VERY pleased and will use him again.  We will also recommend him to anyone who can use his multi-faceted services."
