This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"Troy answered his phone when he is able, otherwise we have left voice messages on his service. We gave him a "shopping list" of projects needed to be done on the outside of the house, which he said he will submit a quote on all projects. He did not send the quote on the day as promised but apologized when I called to ask when he will be sending it. The next day it arrived by email, and a couple days later I called to tell him what needed to be done at this time. Because of the weather he started a couple of days later. I provided the materials he needed. It took two days to do the selected projects. I was pleased with the work that he did.

"The chimney work took two days (less than I thought) and he did a great job in our price range!  I was impressed that he gave us several options on what could be done.  He worked fast (I wish I had half his energy) and knew what he was doing.  He was respectful of my time and showed up within minutes of when he said he would, got to work and stayed with it to get as much done during the day as he could.  The chimney looks great and I'm very satisfied with his work.  I have hired him again to do some plumbing work for me and was totally satisfied with that job as well.  I would recommend him for any work around the house that you may have - he's definitely worth the call.
