Leonard was able to identify damage to each section of our roof, document the damage, and articulate the condition to the adjuster. I truly believe without Leonard helping through the process, we would not have gotten a favorable verdict from the insurer.
The tear off and installation went well with no issues. Inspection of the roof both from above and from the attic indicated a quality job with no issues. Leonard was on time, met the budget, and completed a thorough walk-through detailing all of the outstanding items or issues encountered in the installation. I am very pleased with Caliber construction.

"It didn’t go well. They are nice guys, but communication is poor. On any given day, we didn’t know when they were going to show up. Their first attempt (formed concrete) at the repair wasn’t to their liking aesthetically, so they put a layer of brick over it. In the end, it looks ok, but there was a film left on it due to not cleaning the filler off the top of the bricks. It’s about a year later now and the film is still there. (Note that the amount I paid below is just a guess. I don’t remember exactly what it was."
