"Ingacio performed the work as agreed. He takes pride in his work and has a lot of knowledge in regards to iron gates. He was very carefully with the leveling tool to ensure the gate aligned well for closure. He removed the weld on one hinge and re-welded hinge. He also welded on a wheel with adjustable spring on the bottom corner of the gate to support the weight of the gate. He also took an extra step to lubed the hinges on the gates even though it was not included with estimate. The end result job is my locks on door function well and gate doors close properly."

"We found Michael (Frederick Jones) on Angie?s List and had
him paint the exterior of our house about a year ago.
We were very happy with
the quality of his work and we had looked at several bids and he was the most
competitive. 
This last August we put our house on the market as we were
moving out of the area.
Our realtor advised us to have the house staged and
repaint the inside-which we did. 
We
needed the work done in a timely manner as there were a lot of things we were
coordinating with a tight timetable.
The painter that was recommended by the
realtor gave a bid that we thought was high and also took way too long ? 9 days. 
Then he said he was too busy for when we
needed the work done. In the meantime I contacted Michael again and got a bid
from him.
He gave me a bid on the spot and was able to start exactly when we
needed him and did it in less than 6 days. 
As before, he did quality work and even did some things that we had not
foreseen that were not in the original bid (like painting inside closets) and he
didn?t charge us extra. And he was still $500 less than the other bid we had!  He had to work with a paint ?color expert?
from the realtor who was very demanding and particular.  Michael did a great job and was courteous and
friendly throughout.   
I would highly
recommend Frederick Jones painting for any interior or exterior work.

"Splendidly! The work took 3 weeks from the first day, which is exactly how long he estimated. I cannot praise Nato Vargas and his crew enough. They were here working everyday, without fail from 8am to 5pm. At the end of each day they carefully closed the gates and left the place clean and organized. Nato Vargas was always available - every time I needed to talk to him he answered his phone immediately. On more than one occasion my husband and I changed our minds about various things in the plans and Nato was extremely positive and willing to do exactly what we wanted and offered his suggestions for the design as well. He was more than fair when negotiating prices. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a project of this proportion. I interviewed 5 landscape contractors for this project and chose Nato because he had the most competitive bid and was very punctual and courteous and professional. "On their first visit out they attempted to replace a part (no charge to me) to get the faucet to stop leaking but the faucet was was just too old and needed replacement.  They advised me on local places to go to find a replacement and I wound up getting a fantastic deal on a new faucet.  They installed it very quickly and threw in a soap dispenser for me.  I would definitely use these folks again."
