"We had Power Home Remodeling replace our roof in 2014, which had extensive mold damage. Salesmen were courteous and not pushy, and the installation went smooth as expected. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. "I contacted three companies requesting an estimate to replace the roof on my 3-story townhouse. Liberty Windows and Siding contacted me within 2 hours. Originally, they scheduled a meet with one of their estimators, but when I mentioned I had read reviews involving Peter, the appointment was scheduled for the next afternoon with him. Turns out that Peter was on the other side of Baltimore at the time of our appointment, so at my suggestion we spoke on the phone as it was rush hour and I didn’t want him to try to rapidly get to my location during that time. Once I related to him that I needed a full roof replacement of my townhouse, Peter gave me a lot of information to consider, including the fact that he is one of the company owners. We engaged in a pleasant business conversation and some general chit-chat. Peter said he would get answers to my questions, obtain information regarding the size of my roof, and get back to me in a couple of hours. I was pleasantly shocked when during our next call, he offered a price to replace my roof that was so much lower than what I believed it could have been that I accepted immediately. I have yet to hear from the other two companies I had contacted. The next week Liberty Windows and Siding called to schedule the date of the work (and later reschedule--weather-related delays). The day of work, the crew was on time but there was a short delay as the materials had not yet arrived (different company). Once on-site and delivered to the roof, the Liberty Windows and Siding crew went right to work. I had already laid down some small tarps to cover the A/C compressor and some plants, bushes, etc., but they were respectful of my property and put down several additional large tarps to protect more of the lawn, the A/C compressor, and back porch. The crew answered any questions I had, picked up all the old shingles, plastic wrappers, and tar paper that floated to the ground rather than landing in the dumpster, and then used a long-handled magnet to find the errant nails from tear off. I had told Peter that I would buy the crew lunch, and they really seemed to enjoy it. I used to work in construction and, from the portions of the roof that I could view from the ground, the crew did an excellent job with tear-off and installation. They let me know that all the original plywood underlayment was in good condition and nothing structural needed replacing. It absolutely POURED down rain all the next day and night, and thus far I’ve seen no evidence of leaks. The roof is beautiful again and my house is looking so much better than its 27 years. I am extremely happy that I chose Liberty Windows and Siding to help maintain my home and highly recommend the company."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"The job "foreman" Joe was an excellent point of contact throughout the entire job. He responded to e-mails and texts and phone calls very timely. All of the work was performed by licensed and reputable local contractors specializing in their field. When the work was done, Joe immediately rectified any flaws, or items that needed to be tweaked. The job was pretty much completed in the estimated time frame (I was not in a rush). And then my final punch list items were all taken care of in the end. I would definitely use these guys again, especially if I could have Joe as my lead guy again!"
