"Once again L&B construction did an amazing job. We had the kitchen completely redone. New walls, ripped up all the floors and replaced it with porcelain tiles. Installed cabinets and backsplash. They did electrical and lighting in my attic. They painted and did plumbing and added more space to my walk in closet They came up with great ideas and saw it all the way through. They even met us at the store to help us pick out all the supplies we needed and gave us great suggestions. They truly did a beautiful job. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my kitchen. "Sal and his crew are top notch workers. They focus on your job until it’s done and the end result is amazing. They installed a vinyl floor in our den, added new molding, did some dry wall work and painting throughout our house. They leveled our uneven floors, remodeled our bathroom and installed ceramic tile flooring throughout our house. They also installed a barn door for our laundry room. And we couldn’t be happier with everything they did. We get so many compliments on how great the floors came out and how nice everything looks. Sal’s crew work hard and all day just to finish the job in a timely manner. We wish we had more money to do a few more projects because we would’ve loved for them to do more. We will definitely be hiring them in the future."

"The team at Avstep were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They replaced our garage roof and helped us with joist work. They were right on time, were super efficient, and organized and cleaned as they were working. It was so nice to talk with them and were very upfront and honest. The whole job was explained in professional detail and gave us a quote for the job that we felt was very fair. The work started the next day and was completed in a day and a half. They are worth more than a simple 5 star. We will now be using them for the added work we are planning. You won’t be disappointed."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

"It is the 2nd time I hired them it was opposite of the 1st. It was everything you worry about with contractors. Professionalism: Constantly foul cursing arguments. It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"
