"If I could rate all of the questions a 10, I would. Courtney is so professional and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. I said clients and not customers because Courtney also advises on what will work and what he recommends to give you the same desired effect while saving money. As a disabled veteran, I hired another contractor to perform the job who was charging me more than Courtney. The contractor promised me a time to begin the kb and was late which resulted In firing them and reaching out to Courtney. When I say it was a blessing, I mean it. Courtney and his team were early for an appointment, met us at floor and decor, and helped get exactly what was needed and completed the job while producing top-notch results. My wife has not been this happy in years, and I owe it all to the outstanding work of this dynamic team. Thank you and you are my contractor for life."

"Ronald was on time, very professional and personal and repaired my GE dishwasher, which was only 4 years old and rarely used. He was very persistent to identify the issue which turned out to need a control board reset which could only be done by contacting GE directly and them providing a reset code. Ronald's previous GE experience came in handy. Lastly, his rate was about 19% less than other quotes I received. I so glad and thankful I gave this small business owner a chance. I now have his number on speed dial and wont hesitate to call him for future appliance needs. As you have probably read other reviews, he truly cares about customer service and will work to resolve any customer service issues (anything less than 4 stars). Give this small business owner a chance, he delivered on his commitment better than some of these 'bigger' businesses which may have charged me 19% more!!!"
