Bill and Rick were the two technicians that came. Everything was right on schedule. It was perfect in every way in terms of what they did. They were very personable and professional. The same guys came back when I asked that something else be looked at that I was not satisfied with. They came back right on schedule, redid that portion and everything was fine."
