I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. "KJS showed up about 30 minutes after we called them and went right to work putting up air-movers and a huge dehumidifier. They removed the carpet padding that was soaked and checked for any additional damage that could have been caused by the water. Three days later they removed the drying equipment and returned a week after that to do the carpet repair and cleaning. They were always professional and easy to reach in case of questions. KJS was conscientious enough to recommend not getting the carpet fixed and cleaned on an extremely rainy day because they said it would take a long time to dry. I appreciated their concern. "Owner responded promptly and came out as scheduled to do estimate.  During the estimate, he described the basis for the estimate in detail and explained how he would honor the Angie's List discount.  Due to the size of some of the rooms, he had to make allowances in the terms of the discount, and he did so willingly and gave a good price.  He seemed very knowledgeable and proud of the quality of his work.  He was a little dramatic about how he wasn't sure a stain would come out and that there was water damage and mold on the walls, too.  When he explained he does repair and restoration of water damage, it seemed then that he was hedging for more work.  But in all, he wasn't pushy about it and agreed to do just the carpet cleaning.  He also explained he uses a new method that extracts the water very efficiently and reduces drying time.  He also uses his own water because Fairfax County water does not yield good results.  On the day of the cleaning, he arrived on time, carefully set up so as not to damage walls or wood floors in the process, and did a very thorough job.  The stain came out beautifully, and he left a complementary bottle of carpet cleaning solution.  I wasn't able to stay the whole time he was there, and he let himself out and locked up responsibly.  When I returned later that day, the carpets  were clean and totally dry.
