Get matched with top wood flooring refinish pros in Woodbridge, VA

"This company was great to work with. It was the first time I had wood floors refinished, and Jodi ( I donâ t know her last name ) was always available to answer any questions I had. The crew she sent were professional and the floors look great."

"We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. I wish I could remember everyone's names -- Ella, Enrique, Melvin, and Charo made this an easy and quick process!"

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"I had my hardwood refinished in a townhouse. They were extremely patient with me in trying to select a color to match other wooden accents in my home. Everyone loves my flooring now. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 instead of a 5, I wish they would have filled in all of the gaps with wood putty before staining."

"I've worked with DMV Home Design several times over the years. Both on our own projects and referred them to our clients who want new floors. EACH and every time, everyone is happy with their work. They show up when they say they will. They finish when they estimate (give or take a day or 2). The floors always look great with no gaps or mistakes. They consistently do good work (which is hard to find in the contractors in this area)! I highly recommend"

"The floors came out very nicely. the stain plus two coats of oil-based polyurethane really gave the floor a great satin finish. They could have done a better job of dust control. Only when I asked the workers to isolate the kitchen did they put up plastic sheeting but that was between sandings so dust had already infiltrated everything. Wiping down every shelf and horizontal surface has been a big pain. The dust even landed upstairs in the bedrooms. They left rub marks on my walls from the equipment hoses or power cords. They also forgot to plug in my clothes dryer. (They used the 220v outlet for the floor sander.) Their price was the best though and i only point out the negatives to help others avoid the dust problem. I wish I had known about dust mitigation techniques so I could have insisted more firmly on taping thoroughly plastic sheeting over doorways to keep the fine dust out. My house was empty before I moved in so that made the project a lot easier."

"Eli and his crew did a wonderful job! Our hardwood floors look terrific. Isabella in the office did a great job helping us set up the installation and was always responsive when I had a question or schedule change. The vendor from whom we purchased the flooring delayed the delivery several times, and this company was consistently patient and supportive. I would hire them again for any flooring work we would have. Thank you, Isabella and Eli!"

"Fantastic job. Each and every requirement was met by Naula's technicians. They removed kitchen tile and dovetailed in oak flooring to our adjacent family room. They repaired existing prefinished flooring surfaces, repaired damaged transition areas and applied stain to the new areas that matched the existing color perfectly. Their attention to detail was fantastic - real quality workmanship."

"FloorTechs refinished oak, hard wood floors for two rooms and the stairs to match existing flooring. They did so beautifully for a very reasonable price! I scheduled them to return the following week to install kitchen flooring. They went to Home Depot to pick up materials I had ordered only to discover they had ordered the wrong materials! In spite of the error and a wasted day, FloorTechs was gracious and helpful as I restarted the flooring search. Randy gave me advice and even told me things I didn t want to hear so thatI was prepared for what I was going to face. I appreciated his honesty and forthright communication. Today they returned to install the kitchen floors and they are beautifully done. I cannot recommend FloorTechs highly enough. You will NOT be sorry you chose them!"
