The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. "I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

"Was searching for a Solatube dealer to repair or replace a defective dimmer switch and a "cloudy" prism that had been installed by a dealer that was no longer in business. Found Amazing Skylights booth at the Home Show at Dulles Town Center last March 2015.  The representative at the booth recommended I contact Richard Lindsay, the president of Amazing Skylights for response to my questions.  After speaking with him on the phone, I drove to his place of business with the prism and defective switch.  Wasn't sure what to expect, "showroom" fabrication facility or office.  Amazing Skylights operates out of a small bungalow in a light industrial area.  They have an office and parts storage there.  Mr. Lindsay was not there when I arrived but Mike, his able installer was there.  Mike offered me coffee or water while he examined the prism.  He disassembled it and cleaned it thoroughly while demonstrating how to do it at home if needed in the future. Rich, Mr. Lindsay, arrived and searched his web source for the dimmer switch and found he had one in stock.  The switch cost $60.00.  They did not take credit cards and I only had $40.00 with me.  "No problem. Send me the balance when you get home", Mr. Lindsay said.  Although, I can't comment on their actual installation of Solatubes or other skylights, I would definitely consult them for such work in the future based on their helpful courteous attitude and trust which they extended to me.

The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. "I chose G&G in part because there was no pressure at all from the Mr. Gregory -- unlike 2 other companies I talked with. And the price was very fair. He turned up to oversee the shingle delivery (by a crane truck, onto the roof). Then he came as promised to start the work the next morning. He brought a large crew to replace the shingles on my roof. They arrived early, worked fast, and worked late -- finishing most of the job in 1 day. Then a smaller group finished up the next morning in about 2 hours. They spread tarps to catch anything that fell, and cleaned up very carefully each day. Mr G didn't argue that any sheets of plywood or fascia boards needed replacement. This differed from my experience years ago with a roofing company (when I was left unsure what to believe). So I am completely satisfied with G&G. I will call them if I need other work done, and would recommend them."
