"I had a clogged drain line near the street that a rooter guy couldn't break through. I thought I was looking at having to replace the entire line. At the risk of throwing good money after bad, I called Grumpy's. I got great advice over the phone including a number to call if I decided to have the line dug up. The rate I was quoted was reasonable. Grumpy came out and cleared the line in less than half an hour. In addition, he put a scope down the line, found the exact location where roots were getting through, and marked the spot with paint at no extra charge. He wrote down the coupling and pipe I would need to make the repair. When I dug, the break was right where he indicated. Grumpy was a real pro. He saved me a bunch of time and money."

"well... the work was done by Ecowater Northwest who is no longer. Reason for the review is that when I stopped hearing from Ecowater Northwest, I found out they were bought out by Culligan. Which is confusing because if you google Ecowater Northwest, you get Wolfer's Heating whose website claims they now own EcoWater Northwest. It seems Culligan got all the old customer files from Ecowater Northwest and Wolfer's got the rights to carry the Ecowater brand going forward. So I called Culligan last year and they found my file from Ecowater Northwest and they said they could support me for replacement filters for the systems that EcoWater Northwest had installed in my home. Great. For a while.
Fast forward to today.. I haven't heard from Culligan since July of this year. The way Ecowater Northwest operated, they would send notices to their customers when it was time to replace filters. I have 4 different filters in my systems and sure hope Culligan is tracking it. The Ecowater RO filters are proprietary and not allowed for sale on the internet - so you are locked in to a Ecowater dealer. Who is it.. Culligan? or Wolfer's? Who's going to continue the maintenance agreement of notifying legacy Ecowater Northwest customers that it's time to replace filters?

"Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable! We needed a leaky pipe assessed and they were able to fix it same day. Price was super reasonable. They also answered some questions we had about other plumbing related issues in our house, while keeping cost efficiency in mind. It was overall a great experience, especially compared to other companies we've dealt with in the past. Would highly recommend Julio Plumbing!"

"It went well. David is very conscientious and hard working. Also, a bit of perfectionist, which is a good thing. I appreciate someone who takes pride in their work. There was a little bit of a dispute at the end about the amount owed, but David was a gentleman and we worked it out."

"It went really well. They came in did the job under time they allotted. They set it all up and everything's ready to go."

"Good professional work. I thought cost of repair (electrical condenser replaced) was excessive."

"Roy's came promptly and did a great job tracking down and fixing my leak (shower valve inside the wall) and charged me less than the other guys were going to charge just to come and take a look. I highly recommend Roy's All-Care"

"I had Mike Guess come to my 100 year old home to give me an estimate for addinging air conditioning to the house and for potentially replacing a 28 year old furnace. I also need a consultation on our old ductwork and he was able to include abatement and new ductwork in the bid. The bid was very competetive and well organized. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and was very responsive to followup questions I sent (many). In the end we used another company. It was not because of anything negative about Sun Glow and Mike Guess. In fact it was a very challenging decision to make. I think we would have been very happy with the work they did for us and way they did the work. If someone is reading this review, I encourage you to consider calling Sun Glow heating and Air Conditioning if you are looking to update your system. PS: I do not have relationship with this company~ I just thought they deserved a positive review for a very positive experience."

"We had the company build a custom entertainment center, we liked it so much we had them remodel our kitchen to match. We had our kitchen Done not to long ago but we loved the look of the work so much we had to do it in our kitchen. We got three bids and there price was in the middle. They told us the job would take three weeks and it took a little over two! They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. They built custom cabinets, installed a granite counter with undermount sink, and put a stone floor in. Our kitchen looks very custom! We love it and would recommend them to anyone!
