"I hired Dorson Jackson of Jackson Construction as my general contractor to perform a kitchen addition and remodel in September 2022. He completely gutted my kitchen, moved a wall to expand the space, and installed new everything (custom cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, lighting, plumbing, and appliances). It was a big project so inevitably had a few (pretty minor) hiccups along the way, but he was always quick to respond to and resolve my concerns. I am so pleased with the end result! I recently required a warranty repair due to an issue with my dryer vent (which was moved during the remodel). He had someone at my house the next day to resolve my issue. Dorson is a man of his word and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire him again."

"We hired then to do a fairly involved renovation of our kitchen. Working with Lina and her team was a joy. She helped us to define and then refine the vision were trying to create in our new kitchen. The Scope of work included removing the existing countertop and backsplash. From there they removed and replaced the cabinet doors. After an amazingly through prep process, they painted the cabinets better then new. They installed all new Quartz countertops, along with an incredible backsplash. To complete the project they installed the new appliances and under mount sink. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time and worked long days to insure the project moved forward in a timely manner. Any issues that arose were dealt with in a professional and timely manner as well. I recommend Pdx Custom Woodwork very highly and will use them again on future projects."

"This business took the time to come to my home first to see 5what needed to be done before giving me a final estimate so there would be no surprises to the end result. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. He is extremely precise and works in a timely manner to get the job done. They left the working area in excellent condition and I had no clean up to do. When the new stove arrived, the installation guys said the area was perfect and made the installation process easy for them. I can't say enough good things about Vega's construction and would highly recommend them for anything you need to have done around your home."

"Mostly it went very well. There were a few miscommunications, but otherwise everything looks great. Still waiting for a couple of things to be finished, but now that I found out there was some illness in the family, it explains the long wait to get these things done. The cabinets are a beautiful Alder wood and now I can't wait to get some backsplash tiles to go with them."
