"Appointment was made for 0900. After calling them at 0930, they finally showed up at about 0950. About 10 or 15 minutes of checking out the washer and telling me it must be the electronic board and there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to shell out mega bucks for a new board. I was then told it would cost $99.00. The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing and it was obvious to me he felt very bad when he told me their minimum call price was 99 dollars. I have no issue with paying for them to come look, but you would think they would have a sliding fee scale for 15 minutes. Anyway, I will do some checking around first before calling Mike's Appliance again."

"When we called for the fridge repair they were able to come out the next morning to assess the problem. As it turned out the problem was, thankfully, a minor fix and they were able to get the parts very quickly. <br /> The second time was for our dryer - about a week after the fridge. This time they came out very promptly and even had the part the next day! It was amazingly fast service. <br /> Long story short I would absolutely call Master Appliance for any service needs in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who needs something fixed. <br />"

The floor around the dryer was left as clean as when he came in. He advised he has been doing appliance work for 30 plus years and it shows.
