"This company is fabulous. Renald and his workers gave a great estimate, and did the job flawlessly designing and executing the building of my exquisite patio. He met us at the supply house to help us pick out materials, he took a personal interest. Beside our beautiful patio, I had him redo our fireplace which looks like a work of art! And since the chimney needed some attention, they fixed some problems with the chimney. All work was beautifully done. I recommended this company to friends of mine, and they hired Renald and his crew and got back to me as to how terrific they found his work and the ease it was to work with them. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
