When he would be here and what he thought the problem was. When he came, he actually took apart the oven. All the other technicians did not. He found exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He was honest, courteous and kind. A neat worker, great communication and fair price. I would highly recommend him for any major appliance repair. now I am off to bake cookies.!!!!"
