"Great service very clean high recommend I definitely use again ...."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"I have used Matt a few times and as always he has done exceptional work. He was carefull not to damage my shingles when removing the snow from my roof. Very easy to work with, great prices and will continue to use him in the future.
"

"On time professional and knowledgeable"

"Excellent work I waited a few months to post this just to make sure the job was as good as it looked. My roof is great, and the leaks are gone. The shingles look fantastic. The roof was old and steep, and I knew there might be hidden problems. Paul was very clear about possible problems and showed me everything that needed to be done. He had the team fix things as needed quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable price. They arrived on time and finished on time and cleaned up everything. The only delays were caused by rain. I won't need them again, but if I did need a roofer, I would call Them again... Thanks!"
