Despite submitting several requests to other handymen on Angi, Josh was the only businessman to call me personally (and he called within an hour of my submission), to talk to me about what I needed and to set up a time to come out to our home and give us an accurate bid. There was a snow-storm the week that he was set to visit us, and Josh planned ahead of time, working with me to reschedule his visit and communicating throughout the week. In fact, he actually ended up coming to us in his personal vehicle to take a look at my mini projects-- all because he knew that we were in a time crunch to get these things done before our house was sold! He came in and fixed a hand rail that had been ripped from the wall, noticed that the other hand rail was also not attached to studs so he fixed that, and noticed that one of our doors was coming loose at the hinges and fixed it was well!
