"Carlos from Harts came out to do an estimate on a bath remodel. Set a new tub, faucet, shower head and supply lines. Also, replace an outdoor faucet. However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

I instantly wished I had hired them to do my project in the first place rather than using a general landscaping company that does lighting as an add-on. (I knew so little about outdoor lighting that I didn't realize there were specialized companies.) "Joe came and proposed a plan of lighting for our long driveway, parking areas, and house accents.  Joe was honest with his recommendations and didn't try to over sell anything. We were impressed with his plant knowledge, landscape ideas and vision of lighting accents. We approved the design and his team came and installed the lights a week earlier than they had planned so that we would have the lighting for a holiday party!  The crew was respectful, easy to work with, neat, and finished their work on time even though a piece of their equipment broke and had to be replaced.  It was hard to give an "A" for the price because lighting is not inexpensive to have installed but we got another quote which was higher and Joe had far more expertise. We highly recommend this company, Joe and his crew! <br />"

"Igor arrived on time, assessed lighting needs, went to purchase lights, and returned directly to install.  The installation is great and we like the new lights.  The only comment I have would be that I would have liked the option to go purchase the lights myself, rather than paying electrician rates for the time it took him to go buy them. <br />"

"In the past we've also used them to do irrigation system tuneups and repairs  (they found a hidden valve that was broken).  In general we've always found them to be efficient, professional, and low cost.  We only had one problem and it might not have been Aquasense's fault.  One year, after they turned on the irrigation system in the spring, we got a very large water bill.  Many times normal.  It turned out the irrigation system had a leak.  Aquasense said that the leak was not present when they turned on the system.  But if so the leak must have started start soon after that.  I bring this up as a reminder to all to check your water meter immediately after and then shortly after turning it on the spring to see any leaks exist.  There was no obvious sign of leak above ground, yet our water bill was over a thousand dollars for a 2 week period (between when the irrigation system was turned on and the water company read the meter.) <br /> <br />"

"We bought an 80 year old house in Greenlake.  The inspector warned us that it had a recalled Federal-Pacific panel that was a fire danger, and advised we also have the electrical system checked out by a professional.  After talking to a few other providers, we went with QA Electric.  Justin and his team were very responsive and very careful in doing a very big job.   They rewired (almost) the entire house, replacing all the knob-and-tube, tripling the number of outlets, and adding 3-way switches in very complicated locations.  They completed the whole job in a week, on budget, enabling us to move in on time.  We've had no problems in the 2 years since, highly recommended. <br />"
