We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

He also converted a laundry room into a kitchen/ laundry room, converted our attic space into a bedroom with a closet for our daughter, and enclosed our other daughter's room by building a wall where there were previous french doors. His work all turned out beautiful, especially the tile work in the shower. He did all the work himself without hiring any subcontractors. He pays close attention to details, is highly dependable, honest, and really does tremendous work. We liked him so much that we decided to hire him to remodel our kitchen later on."

"Our bedroom had the original carpet from when the house was built 15+ years of stains and who knows what else trapped in there. I have allergies and was constantly sneezing in that room, so we finally decided to rip it out. Expert Home Builders pulled up all the old carpet and installed vinyl plank flooring. The room is about 182 square feet and they knocked it out in one day. We went with a gray wood look plank that's waterproof, which is perfect since our dog occasionally has accidents. When they pulled up the old carpet it was even worse underneath than I imagined. The new flooring looks way more modern and the room feels so much cleaner."
