We are going away for a week and I wanted the wi-fi thermostat operating so that I could leave the house cool while I was away and turn on the heat before we arrived home via the wi-fi. I called him yesterday (10/11/16) and he adjusted his schedule to come this morning (10/12/16). He knows his furnace wiring systems and fixed a somewhat bad wiring job, correcting this while connecting the thermostat. Mr. Kaiser is a pleasant person to do business with. He is also reliable, highly competent, and punctual. He is my first call person and he should be yours."

"I had a water heater installed after the old one became inoperable after my basement flooded in the June sewer backup. Had a little problem contacting them, which I later found out was because of bad timing, they were switching to a new phone answering service on the day I called. I had previously dealt with Custom Temperature Control but found out they had been bought out by Flame and had taken over their phone number. First rep came to my house told me the bad news about my water heater and gave me an estimate for a new one. On the day of installation, got an email to tell me Bill and his partner were on the way to do the work. My house is old and a lot of the piping had to be reinstalled to accommodate the new water heater. At one point Bill had problem with unscrewing one of the piping joint so he called in an expert Mo, who had the equipment to get the issue solved. After four hours the job was done. I was impressed because even after the extra time and effort needed, the final charge still matched the original estimate."

"Shawn arrived early for the appointment to clean and inspect the chimney. He was supposed to return a week later to make the repairs. He didn't call and didn't show. We tried numerous times to call and email with no reply (one of the phone numbers is disconnected, the other goes to an automated message). Our check has been cashed for the cleaning but at this point we don't really trust that is was done. We are looking for a new company to clean and fix the chimney."
