"He arrived on time, checked the outside of the windows and sealed the frames which were the cause of the leak due to deteriorated caulking. He also checked the roof and gutters to ensure that there was no leakage from that area. He did some caulking in that area where he thought there might be some problems in the future. The rain stopped the day after he did the repairs so we don&apos;t know if the repairs were sufficient for a heavy rain, but he went the extra distance to do a good job."
