I put this off for a year thinking it too expensive and dealing with contractors a hassle. Not true with these folks. A great crew, Robert & Fernando. I'd been concerned with and part of my putting off the project was worrying it would go over budget once they got into it-it's an old house. So I asked them to stop by first to inspect and if no problem found provide a written estimate. They did it with a smile. Professional competent polite no sales pitch. I'm not big on sales pitches. After the inspection we moved forward with the work. They were on time cleaned up every scrap of fan packaging and wire clippings and vacuumed the work areas. They took away not only the old fans but the boxes for the new ones came in. They rewired the ceiling fan now it's much better than when originally installed. JK Flores checks all the boxes.
