"My garage door stopped opening or closing, and my first call was to Infinity Garage Door and Gate. I had a very good experience with them about five years ago when Uzi helped me get my garage door working via a phone conversation and didn’t even charge me. I knew when it came time to replace my old garage door motor that I wanted Infinity to do the job. I called in the morning and Jaime was able to come to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours. He even stayed after to help me set up the phone app that allows the garage door to open or close remotely. I am very happy with the quality of Jaime’s work and the system that he installed. A bonus is that with the new rollers he installed, the door is much quieter when opening or closing. I would definitely recommend Jaime and Infinity Garage doors and would not hesitate to use them again."

I had a 3wk project that was actually completed in 2.5wks, but had to wait a couple of days because I wanted to add a special mailbox (not his fault). His guys were at my property at 7am everyday ready to work. His estimate was well priced and the quality of the work is spectacular. I feel more secure with my electric driveway gate and it's so beautiful, my neighbors are in serious talks of getting similar gates in which I already recommended All County Fence and Gates, Inc. He will also work with any other companies you are dealing with to ensure an overall quality project. I also had a turf project and audio/visual project going on. If I need any other work, I will check with Nir and his crew first to see if they do it. I HIGHLY recommend checking out this company if you have a fence project. I also gave him permission to take pictures of my gate to show anyone who wanted to see some great work! "Prime Access Control should get 6 stars in my eyes. My mom and I bought a cute house in Long Beach a few years ago with a really bad gate. Our gate was really two 11 foot gates that came together to close our yard. Both of them were rusted and ugly. I would have to use my body weight as a counter balance to open them, Ugh! We requested quotes from many "gate guys". We were told it was too custom, or we would need to redo the whole drive way, or just no thank you. Prime Access Control response was very positive. They told us exactly what needed to be done. The time line we were given was 2-3 weeks to fabricate and one day for install. The gates were done in 1.5 week and installed in half a day. Everything was done exactly as we were told. Now we can open the gates with 1 hand easily. The price was close to what I expected, since they seemed custom. Now I just need to keep the dog from peeing on our new fence. On a personal note, everyone I met from Prime was so nice. Big recommendations from us!"
