It was determined that the shutter needed to be replaced. Malia worked with the Norman Shutter company and it was determined the shutter was still under the warranty. She did not charge me for any of her time. My only charge was to Brian for the trip/installation. I would highly recommend Colorado Custom Blinds, Shades and Shutters.
