Our last experience, included replacing several shingle tabs on our 20 year old roof that were lost from a recent Nor'easter. The technician, Andrew Hamilton, was courteous and professional. He replaced the missing tabs and serviced the remaining roof and evaluated its condition. All for a very reasonable price of less than $100. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all."

"This was the most expensive repair I’ve had in the last 30 years. $200 to attach one gutter bracket to my roof. They were unable to seal the seams on my gutters because there was water in the gutter. The pitch of one gutter was off but they were not able to address that. I had hoped to have the gutter reattached where it had pulled away and have a couple of seams sealed. Less than 1 hour-/ maybe thirty minutes and it cost $200. I was happy they came out promptly and the technician was very nice but the job was way overpriced."
