"Last week a company came out told my retired elderly father they wouldnâ t repair my parents boiler and they named 6 reasons then said pay us for coming out and they were gone in 20 minutes and even didnâ t give my elderly father a receipt.. I was furious and I took over the project and used HomeAdvisor to find honest companies. I figured 2 or 3 estimates to make a decision. The 2nd company wanted to sell us an new furnace for $7,000. The third company that came out was Gerlyn Services. The owner Angel came out and looked at the furnace and Angel quoted $40 more to fix the Boiler than what the 4th company was quoting to charge just to come out and look at the Boiler. I thought Angel was joking. He wasnâ t. The company owner Angel came out at 10 a.m. with an employee and had the boiler up and running in nearly under hour! Angel had the house warming up before he left and Angel fixed a potential leak too. 5 STARS FOR ANGEL!!!"

"Our front porch had post that were starting to rot. Kyle from Seven Bridges gave us an assessment of how to fix the problem. He kept us well informed of his progress as he replaced the post and railing. Very happy with results. "

"Excellent job repairing our deck! The job was to power wash, replace boards as needed, and paint. The power wash and replacement of boards was well done. Two coats of paint were applied well. Our unhappiness stems from the finished project's paint not looking at all like the paint chip. We get that the actual paint job won't be a perfect match to the chip, but this was way off and way too light. We noticed as they were going into the second coat and said that it didn't look right. Even after it dried, the color was very much too light. I wish they'd had enough knowledge (?) to advise us of this before they got the paint. They kind of shrugged off our complaint because "this is the shade you ordered." We paid in full for the work they did. Then went to Menard's and found a darker shade of the same paint line that we applied ourselves. The deck looks great now."

Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans.
