"Amazing Job! I interviewed 5 companies because I, have a custom home that we purchased from someone else and after 30 years, it had developed some serious problems. We had water damage to cedar trim around windows and to many of our facia boards. I wanted a solution to the water problems and the siding replaced or repaired. This company was the only one that came up with a complete plan that would revitalize our entire exterior and at a VERY FAIR PRICE. It involved trimming and/or replacing trim board that had rotted, wrapping all of the fascia in custom formed aluminum, installing new gutters, installing new siding on the front of our house, painting the cedar to match existing color (that I provided to them) and REPAIRING siding in two other areas. If you call them, Austin will be out to give you an estimate. He's extremely knowledgeable and he works for Paul. Paul is the company owner and he is on the job site doing the work and overseeing everything, every day. He is a master craftsman when it comes to a home's exterior and it's not just in the part you can see now, it's the care that he's taken that's beneath the siding and aluminum that will ensure a quality job that will last. This is a small company, with a three man crew + Austin who does the estimates. Call them! Not only did they do all this work, they did it for a very fair price. I would not hesitate to call them again for any and all exterior work. I will recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers. I took the time to detail photos because I often rely on user reviews to help inform my decisions when it comes to home repairs and remodeling and hope this review will help others."

"I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."

"A Breath of Fresh Air! Today homeowners must be very careful when choosing a contractor. For most of us, we are taking a gamble every time we hire someone to work on our homes. This feeling is justified when we hear about friends and neighbors who had bad experiences with contractors and referrals that do not always work out. However, I want you to know that Real Exteriors is a sure bet! From the time I contacted Real Exteriors to the end of my project, I was more than impressed with their professionalism. Joe, the general contractor who worked on my house was more than accommodating and most importantly, he was honest! Before contacting Real Exteriors, I interviewed two other contractors. I wanted to install trim around my two large windows in the front of the house and two smaller windows on both sides. Both contractors gave me a lower price and told me that everything would look fine without removing my 20-year-old siding. I wanted to give my home some “curb appeal” by installing the trim. However, when I interviewed Joe from Real Exteriors, he begged to differ with the other two contractors. Instead, he strongly stated that the trim could not be properly installed without removing the old siding, which was improperly installed over 20 years ago. Not only was it improperly installed, it was dirty and faded. Joe explained the issue of the improper installation in detail. After which, he guaranteed that it would be properly installed this time. Because of his honesty, I hired him. The house is now beautiful! I am so glad I listened to him and glad I invested the extra money because the existing siding had lived out its’ usefulness and was improperly installed. My husband and I were so impressed with the new siding and trim that we asked Joe to replace our gutters as well, also very old, dirty and faded. Now the house has a brand new face, and the curb appeal I was seeking is definitely there! Being honest with us about how to proceed with our project was paramount! Joe listened to me when we met as I explained my vision for my house. After the job was completed, the house looked exactly as I had imagined it! Joe really helped me to understand that spending the extra money would be much more beneficial to the look of my home rather than bypassing necessary work with substandard results. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. "We met with over 10 different contractors when we began planning for a sunroom addition. The job entailed blowing out the family room wall and building the room within the space of what was at the time extra garage space. Every contractor came in at least 10-15k OVER our budget, and some even said it wasn't possible, don't even consider it. Nick from Biango Construction wrote up a very fair proposal and stuck with the budget. My husband, to be honest, was not as eager as I was to pursue the project, so he asked Nick a lot of hard questions about the specifics of the addition -- how much higher the ceilings could be made, how much duct work, if any, would need to be moved around, and how we would seamlessly build a transition from our family room into the addition. Nick patiently addressed every single one of his concerns, and we were able to confidently proceed with the project. We pulled permits and Nick did not voice any objection to this (unlike MANY MANY MANY other contractors we've come across). I would say he was personally on site for 80-90% of the job, and the other times one or both of his two main assistants were there (Danny and Joel). I don't know how to put this without sounding impolite, but he and his crew speak perfect English. It was easy to communicate what we wanted and didn't want, which led to a positive outcome for all parties. The crew worked through the winter to complete the job. They set up barriers to minimize the amount of dust and debris in our garage and house. They were responsive to our on-the-fly changes/requests, such as figuring out a way to move the electrical and cable wires to a different wall -- the day AFTER drywall was put up! The project had unepexcted obstacles, but Nick has a real knack for problem solving that helped us solve each problem. Nick is a carpenter by trade, so he was able to cut some costs for us by custom building things, such as a custom built in bookshelf, which friends and family compliment us for everytime they see it. He also came up with an inexpensive way to install a beautiful paneled ceiling with beadboard, that really gives the room a unique look. His painter Ozzy and his crew are awesome, respectful, and clean. We didn't have any problems with any of the subs used for our project (HVAC, electrical, and drywall). We look forward to working with Nick and Biango Construction for our future projects!"
