After getting some rather high-priced quotes from half a dozen roofers, a friend of ours who had work done by Vellox gave us their number and they came out and gave us the best offer. On the day of the job, the crew came out on time and got it all done within a day, and did a very good job cleaning up afterward. Vellox did such a good job that even our neighbor texted us right before they finished to compliment them on how good it looked! "It went exceptionally well!!! Andrei was able to get started on the job very quickly. He and his crew showed-up every morning right on time and got right to work. They were always courteous and professional. I found them to be quite versatile and competent in their skills. Whenever I would come up with a question, no matter who I was speaking to, they always listened, gave me their full attention and responded knowledgeably. The new roof and cedar shingles were done perfectly and they cleaned up around the house and left the grounds probably looking a bit better than how it looked when they arrived. Andrei discovered a few issues with the plywood sheathing dating back to when the house was built and he knew exactly how to fix it. He made just a few suggestions (during the job) which I really appreciated. He asked if I had any intentions of replacing the south side bedroom window because replacement would be much easier and less costly if they "trimmed out" the perimeter first, before applying the cedar shingles there. I do need to replace that window fairly soon, so his suggestion was quite timely. I will definitely call upon Bel Islands Home improvement again!"
