I have a home warranty on my house and when i called to have my washing machine repaired, the warrant company assigned it to a big chain repair company and the soonest appointment I could get was 15 days. A friend referred Mid Maryland to me so I had the warranty company change the referral. Mid Maryland came out to do the repair in just a few days which is fantastic especially since it was the holidays. They were very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with it and was even able to come back the next day to install the part that they had to order. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them."

He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."
