"tech mike stiles on time,booties and super freindly. had drain repair done quickly and cleaned area better than when he arrived. took time to explain what happens to 60 yr old galvanised pipes. our pipe was closed down to less than 30% of function. mike augerd it uot as much as he could and sink draining ok. he left us with a complete estimate and scope of work to replace pipe for us to think about. absolutly no pressure to do more at this time. thank you mr rooter and mike stiles. will use again and already recomended to neighbor"

Air Temp Solutions did encounter a serious problem but did a great job in repairing the damage without highballing the service call cost. The technician initially said it would cost $439 to clear a drain, then said there was a $50 coupon that he d apply that takes it down to $389. To clear a drain!? So when I said no, he called his manager and got last months discount of $199. In the meantime he also informed us that he was a professional. In the end, we paid the $199 and it took him about 20 minutes to clear the drain. That's $600 / hour - pretty good return. I'm a professional too, but have never been billed at even $200 per hour. If he had just started at the $199, I probably would be writing a 4.5 star review. To me, even $199 is high to clear a drain, but it's probably consistent with other local companies. And I wouldn't have felt that I needed to negotiate to get a reasonable price."

"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"
