After a couple weeks we did have a small area of vinyl plank separate in an area where our 85 year old original flooring had settled some. I called Chet and he immediately apologized. We set a date for him to return. Again, he arrived promptly. It took him 4 hours because he insisted on correcting the problem the best way and he absolutely refused to take any additional money.
