I had problems with the existing door frame because of some minor foundation issues. Although the door was installed correctly, there were so many gaps because of the imperfect existing door frame. Edwin and his assistant, Juan, both worked tirelessly and methodically to get the job done to HIS standards which is really rare these days. People are just used to doing what they are paid to do and move on. Not Edwin. Even though he was sick and very much under the weather, he knew that this installation was important to me because of my rising heat bill. "It was a very big, disruptive job, but I think I had the best and least disruptive experience possible. Everyone connected with the company was a pleasure to deal with and the job took a day less than the two weeks predicted. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
