"I got 3 quotes on this job, not only was their quote and warranty the best of the three, their rep, Lee reinforced the door in two places for my safety till it could be replaced, without being asked, because he cared more about my safety than getting a quick sale. The other 2 told me not to use the door and when I asked if they could do something to make it safer till it could be replaced, they refused. The work was completed within 4 days of getting a quote, they were professional and did a great job"
