I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly, highly recommend them."

"G Force Plumbing did excellent in replacing my garbage disposal, especially on such short notice. The staff in the were very helpful each I called and had questions. On the day the work was schedule, Tim from G Force called to asked to ask it'd be alright him to arrive early. I appreciated both his courtesy and professional. In addition to doing the work well and quickly (around an hour or so to swap out the disposal,) Tim also gave me a compliment inspection on my home's plumbing. He recommend some changes I could do myself, and gave me estimates for changes for which I'd hire a plumbing service again - and there was never any pressure on me to schedule additional work with G Force."

"The work that was performed was satisfactory. The water pressure in both sinks is now much better. However, technically, only the kitchen sink had any billable work done on it where a stop valve was replaced on the hot water line. After replacing the stop valve and turning it back on, the hot water still did not work properly. It took some additional cleaning out of the faucet and lines before the hot water worked satisfactorily. Because of this, it made me wonder if the stop valve was really the problem or not. The sink in the half bath was examined and I was told that a new cartridge was needed. After leaving and indicating that they had visited two supply houses, the plumber's returned and said the particular cartridge was not available. Since we did not desire to install a new faucet, the original cartridge was replaced and the plumbers left with the stop valves to the sink turned off. I turned them on later just to see what would happen and the water worked just fine again. We did have to return the items that were removed by the plumbers for access from under both sinks ourselves after they left."

"As an interior designer, I've had the opportunity to work with Brian and Excelsior on several projects including my own remodel. Brian is always professional with excellent attention to detail and a deep knowledge that only comes with being a 3rd generation plumber. On my personal project, all three of these qualities were surely tested. Only weeks after moving into my new home, I had a gurgling toilet, laundry soap suds baking up into sink drains, and finally a back up into my guest bathtub. Brian first checked that all my vents were clear, but the problem returned. On his second visit, I watched a frustrated but determined Brian mentally walk thru all of the pipes he had laid months before and decide exactly where to cut out a section to scope. In doing so, he finally found the problem. A solid piece of scrap pvc was lodged inside one of the pipes acting as a one way valve! I really appreciated Brian listening to me, believing that there was a problem to find, and doing everything he could to find it and fix it. For these reasons I am quick to recommend Brian and Excelsior Plumbing."

"James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that works according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher.
