Didn’t try to charge me or sell me other services that I didn’t need. Although I would have liked for them to have fully washed the tank down and all the waste got out. I’d noticed at least 3” of waste was still in the bottom that could’ve been sucked out."

They ended up cutting my internet cable and cracking the cement lid to the septic tank with repeated whacks with a sledge hammer to loosen it. They discovered more solid sludge than expected so raised the price to $1250 from the initial $540 estimate. We may not have incurred this extra pain and cost if I pumped the tank every 5 years."
