"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "Alberto and his crew were amazing. They were on time every day, and worked extremely hard at their craft. They were very conscientious and made sure we were happy with the project every step of the way. We had just bought the house, so they were very willing to work around other scheduled appointments we had made for other projects. Even as the project came to a close Alberto told us that if we were unhappy with any of the work or if we saw anything that needed to be touched up, he would absolutely come back and make sure we were satisfied. "Mr. Kaplan came out to my home and gave me a proposal. He worked with my insurance company and got it mostly covered. Mr. Garito and his staff came out to my home on time and worked very hard for about 8hrs. You can tell they take pride in what they do. There was one worker cleaning up the debris from the back and side of the house while the roof was being installed and he made sure to pick up ever nuk and cranny. "I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them!
