Booked three weeks out and ended up contacting me to see if coming 2 weeks early would be okay, which was of course great! The job was to remove three layers of shingles, old ice guard and install new asphault shingles and a new ice shield. All said in done in one day, cleanup was excellent. My wife even said when we got back after they were wrapping up that it looked like no one was even there aside from the nice new roof! "Brad Freeman just completed replacing our roof in Bath Maine in Dec. 2019. His estimate for the job was competitive or better than other ones we received. He came to our home at a time that was convenient for us and explained how he was going do the entire job and he stayed until all of our questions were answered. When the date we had agreed on had to change because of weather issues Brad kept us fully informed of when he could start that would give us the best protection from the weather. Brad and his crew were always courteous, hard working and ready to answer any questions we had while they were doing the job at the end of every day and when the job was complete they left the site picked up and neat. Brad was hands on and on site which was a comforting feeling and after the work was done he was able to explain any issues they had found and explain how they had addressed them. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. Proj mgmt (Danny H) was great, responsive, communicated well, proactive. The roofing team was great especially in the 90f temps with dew points over 70. Hard workers, quality work. Excellent cleanup. You can find someone cheaper but not with the quality. Highly recommend."
