"Love the shower and the installer did a nice job and was very professional. Only two things that I would like to bring up. The salesman told me that the financing would be billed after 3 months deferred but I received a bill right away from Aqua. Also I called about the door going into the bathroom not shutting after the installation was done and your service Mgr was very short with me. He told me that I was calling his cell phone and that it was a Saturday. I am sorry but if I just spent almost 18k on a service he should be a little more professional."

The day I called him he made arrangements to come out the next day to assess work I needed completed.We made arrangements for him to come the following week with my estimate in hand. He called the 1st of the week due to a cancellation & said he would pick up materials and be at my home by 9am the following morning. He arrived at 9am completed the work within 2 hours.
