Another person had been sloppy while reinforcing some loose stones. Todd removed what he did, making the walls look spectacular - just like the original stone walls. He also fixed a stone walkway that was a mess. Many people do not want to bother getting into a mess created by someone else, but Todd accepted the challenge and did a great job. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! In the past 3 years of living here we have not used this patio area so much. I could not be happier with the job they completed. "We hired Dimitri to repair our front steps, which are brick. We previously had them repaired through our property management company and it was a botched job that fell apart in less than 2 years. Dimitri was quick in responding to our request for a quote, thoroughly answered all of our questions about what needed to be done, and made room in his packed schedule to complete the job in short order. On the day of the repair, his team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and they were very respectful of the property. The repair itself seems to be solid and we'd definitely hire Dimitri again for masonry work on the property! Of note, we did have a minor miscommunication regarding when payment was due (partially our fault because we should have asked for clarification when we hired him). The reason that I'm mentioning this is that Dimitri handled this very professionally, which was very much appreciated."
