This was a big project that covered a lot of areas and Derek and James excelled at every stage. They were always straightforward, polite, and very hard working. They wrote up a detailed contract describing the entire project in phases so everyone's expectations were clear, and kept me updated as to their progress through each phase. They brought issues they found to my attention right away along with ready options for how to fix them. Their attention to detail is superb - their team tiled almost a thousand square feet and there isn't a single one out of place. They have an excellent eye for aesthetics and offered ideas when I was unsure how to integrate the existing structure including a gorgeous and functional knee wall with trim around the edge of the new bedroom, and elegant columns enclosing the rec room supports.
