"From start to finish, they were no nonsense and professional. I really appreciated that they gave me options for different furnaces and compressors. You would think this was a given, but the other company I called just assumed that I wanted the least expensive unit. I'm usually a pick-the-middle-option kinda person 'cause I feel like you get a better bang for your buck without spending top dollar. Add onto that that their quote came in significantly lower ($10k vs $15k) with a better warranty (2 yrs vs 1 yr) and I decided to go with Green. I was not disappointed, as they showed up when they said they would, with an efficient crew that was willing to work around the schedule of my general contractor. The work is done and the system works and looks great. Also gotta say it's really nice that they installed a programmable thermostat instead of a cheap one. I know it's not a huge deal, but sometimes it's the little things that count! I just had Green come out to give me a quote at a second property, and in addition to suggesting some options that would work for us, they even told me about options that other companies offer. Overall, just an honest and professional company."

"My thermostat went black and became hard to read. I called them to come out and look at it. They said they were available the same day and came right out. He took a look at the thermostat and said it needed to be replaced. He looked at the rest of the system and said the humidifier needed to be serviced. He replaced the part for $20 and used my evaporator panel. Normally it would have been a higher price but he gave me a break by doing this. There was a relay that was pitted and he advised I replace it. The part was $180 and I said to go ahead and fix it. When we came back to the thermostat, I asked him how much to replace it. He said the part with installation was roughly $415 and was made by Honeywell. I told him to go ahead and order the part andit will be fixed shortly as well."

A week later, and after someone else (not contacted thru Angie's List) had repaired our dishwasher, we finally received a reply from Quick Fix Appliance Services LLC via Angie's List messaging, expressing their interest in our job. I phoned Quick Fix Appliance Services LLC who claimed that they had received our initial request after a considerable delay ("a software problem resulted in communication delays"). While I cannot "undo" my initial Angie's List review of Quick Fix Appliance Services LLC, I can offer this updated correction, applauding Quick Fix Appliance Services LLC for reaching out to me in spite of the delay. I note their interest and will contact them again for any future appliance repair needs.
