"From the first phone call it was a great experience.  They were able to quickly get to me and look at the damage and didn't leave me waiting and always kept me informed during the whole process.  An alarm company had put a hole in my wall right in the door way from my living room to kitchen which was a huge focal point but after the repairs you honestly can not tell there was ever a hole and that is very rare to see.  if you have ever tried to patch drywall then you know that.  The alarm company also damaged my door bad enough to where it needed to be replaced.  They made sure the door was replaced and not just patched up like the insurance wanted and even replaced the trim that was damaged.  They handled all conversations with the alarm companies insurance so that I didn't have to worry about anything and when they were finished i had to make them stop cleaning up because they had the area cleaner than before they got there!  Very professional, well mannered and the work is amazing.  They went above and beyond to make sure the job went smoothly and swiftly.  I will call A Cut Above Handyman Solutions again for ANY repairs needed.   "

"<p>Our furnace gave up on us on New Year's Day.  It was an extremely cold winter.  We contacted them and they sent someone out on that very day.  It cost $78.00 for the repair.  We were not comfortable with a gas furnace that was acting up in the dead of winter and called them to give us a quote for replacing ours with a new, high efficiency furnace.  The cost was approximately $2000.00 for everything.  We told them to do it and literally within 3 working days it was installed.  </p> <p>This is the second time we have used them.  The first time was to install a  heat pump in our home.  They came in and put covers on their boots and then cleaned up after themselves before they left.  They were respectful both times.  One of the guys even said our very loved but fat little mutt was pretty.  I would never hesitate in recommending this company for any service they provide.  We are so grateful that they did the work so quickly and for such a fair price because they were concerned for our wellbeing.  Did I mention that it was very cold this last winter?  </p> <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "Replaced an exterior door that we had to replace due to break in. After calling and getting estimates from a couple of places his quote much more reasonable than most. And the work that was done was great. Nothing to complain about on this exchange. His price could be better... but for the quality its more than reasonable. Responsiveness is somewhat slow but I'd imagine it directly correlates to the price and quality of his work."
