"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! The faucet install required removal of an old faucet from a pedestal sink, the whole thing had to be taken apart and re-installed carefully; Joe (and Kyle/apprentice) did a tremendous job. They also fixed a leaking drain pipe from the bathtub, replaced a pressure gauge, capped a gas line, fixed 3 leaking valves, and replaced my old water booster pump with a new pump that required a slightly different hook up; all done with quality and professionalism. I waited a few weeks for this work, but it was worth it; plumbers, electricians are very busy right now. Joe was also right up-front with his schedule, which was good to know from the start. "It was a delight to deal with Bill Duggan of Quarry Hills rather than any of the large companies. They sent salespeople, but Bill came himself to bid on the job. He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. He worked closely with us to build the system that we wanted. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day. He and his crew worked very hard and long into the night. We're very happy with our new system."

"I am so lucky to have found Jim. My rented-out property developed a leak from a worn out drain in the upstairs bathtub that damaged the ceiling of the dining room below. Jim got there promptly and provided invaluable advice in obtaining a separate construction contractor (to repair the ceiling) and working with the insurer and adjuster to ensure that all parties were in agreement with the work that was needed and the costs that would be incurred. He was patient with the insurance company and then completed the work perfectly, timely, and safely so that the Tenant was able to remain in the residence at all times. Jim had to deal with various job difficulties such as one occasioned by the fact that the tub was about 60 years old and therefore its replacement necessitated installation of a different size tub (they don't make tubs in the old size anymore) and re-setting of pipes to enable the new tub to work."

"Peter was GREAT!  He was super friendly while still being very professional and I was completely at ease with having he and his assistant in my home all afternoon.  Our kitchen faucet is a high end piece that was leaking so Peter thought it best to see if the leak was just something that could be repaired instead of trying to replace it (to the tune of $500).  He took it apart and cleaned the insides then put it back together in hopes that it would work without leaking but unfortunately it didn't do the trick.  He then took it apart and did it a second time and replaced some of the washers but it still leaked!  We decided at that point it was best to just replace it and Peter didn't charge me for all that time and energy he spent trying to repair it!  The bathroom work was priced far lower than the two other quotes we had gotten and everything works beautifully!  I would HIGHLY recommend Peter's work to anyone who wants an honest and high quality plumber for a price that will not break the piggy bank.

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
