"Great. I’m so happy that I have found Prefered Roof Systems company to put a new metal roof at my warehouse. The owner, Doug, Is very honest and friendly. He has 30 years experience in roofing. He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. Scott provided a number of options and gave us estimates for all of them. The cost of the roof project was right on the estimate he provided for the option we chose. Dennison’s roofing crew did an excellent job on the old roof removal and installation of the new shingles. They protected all of the landscape during the installation and cleaned up everything after the roofing was completed. "Emergency roof replacement. I knew I was getting close to needing a new roof but overnight that turned into an emergency. On Thanksgiving Day while it was raining, we had water staining on the ceiling and water running down one wall in our living room. I crawled into the attic to find significant amount of water coming in and wood rotted completely out in many places. I know my roof and my house could not survive winter. New roof installation went smooth, very quick. I am super happy with the quality and look of the new roof.
