" A+ for Excellent! I called David to stop by our home to give an estimate for a mysterious leak in the ceiling of our front porch. Although he had worked all day at another location, he made the time to stop by our home in the early evening. I thought that he would give a quick look and be gone. However, I was mistaken. He got his ladder and climbed up to look at the outside of the porch roof ~ and found a hole in the roof!! Apparently, a branch must have created the hole in a recent heavy storm. He told us his findings, and, because there was a call for rain in the next few days, he offered to go get the supplies to quickly patch the hole with some new shingles and tar. That is exactly what he did. Now I can rest easily knowing that the hole is patched until we can get David to come back to replace the porch roof. It is nice there are incredible businesses such as this who will look after us in our community. : ) "

"It was great (and easy) to work with Andrew on a major facility project at our Distribution Center. Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. "That Granite Place was hired to install Quartz countertops in a home I owned by the general contractor, Garrison Homes. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"
