"We've used New Bath Technologies to remodel 2 bathrooms, which involved shower pan, shower door installation, tub replacement, plumbing fixtures, lighting, painting. Planning, service and workmanship is excellent; they are efficient, tidy and do what they say they will do. Highly recommended."

"Mark M. and Jacoby A from Westshore installed our new walk in shower. They took out the old tub, and replaced the back wall with a support wood wall and redid the entire plumbing lines with these "Pex", if I saying it correct, tubing lines. and replaced the drain with a new one. My wife and I have been impressed with how that changed the water pressure in our shower. Before the pressure was erratic and the water temperature was not consistent. Now, the pressure is powerful depending on what setting we put the shower head on, and the temperature consistently stays on point. These two young men worked diligently until the job was completed from start to finish, never even stopping to take a lunch break. They put down tarp from the doorway to the restroom so as to not track any mess on our floors. Upon completion of the job they presented detailed instructions on when the shower would be available for use, also explaining the top shower door slide brace came factory defected and would need to be replaced by a follow up visit by Westshore and answered any questions we had. We are still waiting to hear back from Westshore on when the brace would be ready for installation and put in. Mark M, and Jacoby A. were highly professional in their work ethic, manners, and knowledgable in their job. We love our new shower, as it just breathes new life into our restroom. That is why we are giving Mark M., and Jacoby A. a 5 star rating for their professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for a job well done!"

"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone who wished to avoid costly, but ineffective, repairs; high-pressure salesmen; inferior materials and workmanship; messy clean ups, and employees who are not as customer-oriented as most of us would like. Five Star Bath Solutions went above and beyond to ensure that all the issues I had were satisfactorily addressed and that I was happy with the work they did while they were doing it. The final result was the restoration of running water (I had been almost thirty days without water), a clean house, and a beautiful tub to shower replacement. Itâ s worth noting that Iâ m 75 years old, so I asked Johnny, the Five Star Bath Solutionsâ designer/advisor, what features I should consider for the future. He told me the shower base was non-slip with a low entry threshold and the shower included a Delta Two-in-One Shower with a detachable hand shower (which can be used separately or simultaneously with the shower head). He also suggested that I add grab bars and two water-shedding shelves for a minimal cost. Roger and Eddie from Five Star Bath Solutions came out the very next morning and spent hours removing slab concrete and hand sawing copper pipes in a cramped area. Roger discovered several leaks in both the hot and cold water pipes. Not only did he refuse to give up until he fixed the leaks and restored my water, he explained everything, and left a â shark biteâ on the outside valve so that I could check for future slab leaks and shut my own water on and off at the main. He then meticulously removed all traces of his labor, leaving me with a clean house, running water, and a profound appreciation for Five Star Plumbing, Roger, Eddie, Johnny and all those who have to live without running water. The following day the shower installation team arrived and installed an elegant shower. They were very pleasant, put up with my intrusive dogs, and did superb work. I am so delighted with the results ."

"Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

"Did a great job installing cabinet pulls and shower curtain rod"

"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. You won’t be disappointed."

"This guys did a fantastic job! No mess during the demo of the shower and tub and very professional installation of my new countertop and double shower head shower! I’m am so pleased! I highly recommend ReBath if your planning to remodel your bathroom."

"Rick was super respectful and clean he truly is the pet friendly plumber my pups loved him. Very clean work at a fair price . Rick installed a tankless water heater and water softener at my home in Laguna Hills . Will use him again and recommend him to my friends."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Outstanding job. Quick and efficient. Came to give me an estimate the next day and two days later, my walk-in shower was installed. I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."
