On the roof, in the basement, in the attic, he covered every inch of the house inside and out. The report that was shared had photos to show what he had noticed to better put into context what he was describing. And to top it off, he followed up afterward to check and make sure everything was ok, and to see if I had any follow up questions. "They gave me a very reasonable quote and I said do it and they did. They are very experienced roofers for such young men. They wore special roofer boots and scaled the roof like mountain goats. They completed the job very quickly and took pictures on their phone and showed me what they had done. They suggested I set some traps in the attic in case any critters were still inside. They were very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction and I intend to use them for other projects next spring (facia board replacement, balcony rail replacement, painting roof eaves that were neglected by house painter, and more)"
